Easter Island Mystery Cracked + 2 New Planets!

Hello and welcome back to Galactic Astrodub!

Scientists have discovered 2 new planets with NASA's Kepler Mission. Each planet shares nothing with the other as densities and compositions are completely different and are locked in close orbit so the other planet would appear much bigger than the moon appears to us (would make for one hell of a sunset). One of the planets is rocky and about 1.5x the size of earth while the other is a lot like Neptune and is consisted of gas and is 3.7x the size of earth located 1,200 light years away.




Scientists have recently figured out how the statues of Easter Island actually got to the coast.. Turns out they walked.

We only have discovered and really researched a fraction of planets in our solar system; to think that we know of the existence but not the enviroment to each. With better telescopes that will change.

I find Neil Degrasse Tyson to be one of the most inspiring and influential speakers I've ever had the chance to listen to. I am a graphic designer and art is about portraying emotion; in this case Neil's art is his intellect and ever expanding mind and in this video he definitely portrays emotion about how connected to the universe we truly are.

The moment you realize your sitting next to a complete badass.
